Terms of service

What your subscription includes

Keeplira organizes the information you provide about your apps and websites: service links, account owners, fixed costs, access instructions and maintenance notes. The early-access plan is $7 USD per month, renewing monthly until canceled. It includes five saved app guides, up to 50 services per guide, downloadable handovers and revocable read-only share links. Prices and any applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm checkout.

Your account and subscription are for your own use. You may share read-only guides with people you choose, but do not share your account password or resell account access. Use Keeplira only for apps and information you are authorized to manage.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

PayPal processes payments. A confirmed completed payment is required before saved-workspace access begins. Stop future renewals through Account & billing → Stop PayPal renewal, or through PayPal's automatic-payment settings. Cancellation retains access through the paid term displayed in your account. When that term ends, saved-workspace access and shared guides become unavailable until you renew. Downloaded copies remain yours to keep. Account and billing management remain available.

Our standard policy is no voluntary refunds or credits for unused portions of a paid term. This does not limit cancellation, refund or other rights required by applicable law. If cancellation controls do not work, email support with your account email and your cancellation request. A failed renewal does not extend paid access. Any proposed price change will be disclosed before the affected renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.

Sharing and your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter and allow us to store and process it to provide the service. A share link lets anyone who possesses it read every detail in that guide. Links expire after 30 days, can be revoked, and stop working when your paid access ends. Creating a replacement link revokes the previous link. Revocation cannot remove copies someone has already downloaded or captured.

Keep passwords, API keys, payment-card details and sensitive personal records out of guides. Record how a person should request an individual account invitation or obtain credentials through an appropriate password manager. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of your content and any external links before sharing.

Early access and service limits

Keeplira is an evolving beta. Current functionality is described above; roadmap ideas are not included promises. Keeplira does not connect to your service accounts, verify account ownership, renew domains, change infrastructure, monitor uptime or send automatic maintenance reminders. Cost totals are estimates calculated from fixed USD amounts you enter; variable usage fees and taxes may be additional.

Keep downloaded copies of important guides. We aim to maintain a useful, reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. If we discontinue sales, we will fulfill existing paid terms or provide any remedy required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the information you provide. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, bypass payment checks, submit malicious content or interfere with the service. We may restrict misuse and investigate security issues, subject to applicable law.

Privacy notice

What we store

Google Firebase Authentication manages email/password accounts and verification and password-reset emails. Keeplira uses your verified email and account identifier to identify your account; our application database does not store your password.

Our database stores your account-linked app guides, service details, notes, update timestamps, hashed share tokens and link expiry dates. It also stores PayPal subscription and payment identifiers, a billing reference, status, paid-through dates, reversal information and the terms version accepted at checkout. PayPal collects payment details on its hosted checkout. Keeplira does not collect or store full payment-card numbers.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide your workspace, display guides, manage billing, handle support and protect the service. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and database infrastructure; Google Firebase provides authentication; PayPal provides billing. These providers may process network, device and security information required to operate their services. Our business email service handles support messages.

Creating a share link makes the contents of that guide available to anyone with the link until it expires or is revoked. Your email is not automatically added to a guide, but any contact details you enter are included when you share it. We do not sell personal information, add advertising trackers, or use your guide content to train models. Essential sign-in technologies use cookies or similar browser storage. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in.

Retention and your choices

Saved guides remain associated with your account until you delete them or request deletion. Canceling billing does not automatically delete your guides. You can delete guides during paid access or contact support for deletion after access ends. Billing records may be retained to meet legal, dispute-resolution or security requirements. Providers may have separate retention requirements.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing support. Downloaded handover copies are controlled by their recipients. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable protections. The service is intended for adults. We will update this notice as our practices change and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
